Le présent accord-cadre est passé selon une procédure formalisée de type appel d'offres ouvert en application des dispositions des articles L2124-2, R2124-2 et R2162-2 à R2162-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, exécuté à bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un maximum de 400 000 euros Hors Taxe sur la durée totale du contrat en application des articles R.2162-4 alinéa 2, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un (1) an à compter de sa date de notification, reconductible 3 fois. L'accord-cadre sera reconduit annuellement par décision tacite du Pouvoir Adjudicateur. La non-reconduction fait l'objet d'une décision expresse du Pouvoir Adjudicateur adressée au plus tard 3 mois avant la fin de la période en cours. La date de notification est la date du récépissé ou celle de signature de l'accusé réception postal ou électronique par le titulaire. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP)
