Le marche concerne la rehabilitation de 138 logements collectifs situes au quartier les Grands Pres a Evron, et concernent 11 batiments existants a savoir : Batiments E-F-G-H-I-J-M-N-O-P-R. Les travaux sont des travaux d'amelioration de l'existant et seront réalises en site occupe. Le programme prevoit entre autres les travaux suivants : rajout de balcons, creation d'ascenseurs, remplacement de ballons ECS, travaux exterieurs, renovation des parties communes, etc. Le present marche comprend une tranche optionnelle pour la construction d'un collectif de 13 logements sur le meme site. Le marché concerne la réhabilitation de 138 logements collectifs situés au quartier les Grands Prés à Évron, et concernent 11 bâtiments existants à savoir : Bâtiments E-F-G-H-I-J-M-N-O-P-R.
