The French Ministry of Armed Forces, through the Service Industriel de l'Aeronautique (SIAe), which handles industrial maintenance of military aircraft, seeks suppliers of aeronautical ingredients and chemicals. Products include sealants and mastics, adhesives and tapes, thinners, oils, greases and lubricants, paints, varnishes and hardeners, and chemicals for paint stripping and surface treatment, mainly for aeronautical use. The contract is a multi-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts lasting 5 years, not renewable. Three suppliers will be selected. The estimated value stated is without commitment. Subsequent contracts may be split into purchase orders or awarded as single contracts.
