La présente consultation concerne la réalisation de prestations de formation dans les domaines général, professionnel, aéronautique et certifications reconnues à la langue anglaise pour des personnels en fonction au service industriel de l’aéronautique (SIAé) du ministère des armées et des anciens combattants. Selon leurs activités professionnelles, ingénieurs, techniciens, militaires, ouvriers de la production et personnels affectés aux fonctions de soutien, ont besoin de manier la langue anglaise, à des niveaux d’application différents, pour être capable notamment : - d’utiliser de la documentation technique aéronautique ou des cartes de travail rédigées en anglais, - communiquer de manière écrite ou orale avec des anglophones, - rédiger des devis ou des documents en anglais, - participer à des réunions, des entretiens téléphoniques, des négociations en anglais, - suivre des formations dispensées en anglais. Les prestations attendues peuvent être demandées selon plusieurs formules : - en inter ou en intra, dans un centre de formation du titulaire ou en intra sur site - en cours par groupe ou en cours particuliers - en présentiel ou à distance (par visioconférence, téléphone, e-learning). Formation en langue anglaise dans le domaine général, professionnel et aéronautique au profit des sites du SIAé. La présente procédure donnera lieu à un accord-cadre fractionné à bons de commande. Cet accord-cadre fixera toutes les conditions d’exécution et ne sera pas complété par un marché subséquent ultérieur. Les montants de l’accord-cadre indiqués à la rubrique 2.1.3 sont une estimation sans engagement de la part de l’Etat. La durée maximale de l’accord-cadre est indiquée à la rubrique 5.1.3. Les caractéristiques principales de l'accord-cadre sont les suivantes : accord-cadre à bons de commande d’une durée unique de 5 ans. Le montant minimal de cet accord-cadre est de 65 000 euros.
