Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Hérault Departmental Council is procuring the supply of foodstuffs, packaging and single-use items for its five Culinary Production Units (UPC) located in Fabrègues, St Clément de Rivière, Lansargues, Agde and Puisserguier. These units cook meals for 59 satellite secondary schools across the department, producing an average of 23,000 meals per day. The framework agreement is executed through purchase orders, with each lot awarded separately and paid at unit prices; estimated amounts cover all renewal periods. Menus are harmonised and supply is pooled across the five units, following five menu cycles per school year in line with the department's High Food Quality policy, EGalim rules, and Ecocert labelling.
