Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet de définir les conditions dans lesquelles le prestataire assurera une permanence téléphonique destinée à réceptionner les appels de 1er niveau de ceux gérés directement par Toulouse Métropole Habitat (second niveau) pendant les horaires de bureaux. Ce marché est également destiné à définir les conditions de gestion de la totalité des appels en dehors des horaires d'ouverture (astreinte) de Toulouse Métropole Habitat. Cette permanence téléphonique, en dehors des horaires d'ouverture, a pour objectif de maintenir une qualité du service rendu aux locataires en mettant à disposition un service d'astreinte permettant de traiter les problèmes graves
