Pour le PAPI du territoire de Cap Excellence, la communication se veut dans la continuité de celle réalisée dans le cadre du PAPI des bassins versants des Grands Fonds, mais dédiée au territoire de la communauté d'agglomération de Cap Excellence en incluant la ville de Baie-Mahault. La communication grand public répond aux prescriptions de l'axe 1 du PAPI, visant à l'amélioration de la connaissance. Elle portera sur plusieurs volets : - Le portage institutionnel du PAPI à travers une identité visuelle retravaillée ; - La valorisation de la mise en oeuvre concrète des actions du PAPI ; - La compréhension et l'intégration des mécanismes du risque grâce au développement d'outils d'interactifs et multimédia favorisant la compréhension du plus grand nombre ; - Le développement de la culture du risque partagée à l'échelle du territoire à partir d'outils pédagogiques en ligne, disponible sur le site internet de Cap Excellence.
