La présente consultation a pour objet la sélection d'un prestataire, ou groupement de prestataires, en qualité d'Assistant à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMO), pour accompagner le CMT dans l'élaboration de la stratégie de destination gourmande de la Martinique, sa déclinaison opérationnelle et la constitution du dossier de candidature au label World Region of Gastronomy. La mission d'AMO se décompose en trois volets, conduits de manière séquentielle et articulée comme suit : le volet 1 alimente le volet 2, qui alimente à son tour le volet 3 ; Le prestataire devra garantir la cohérence, la continuité rédactionnelle et la traçabilité des données entre les trois volets.
