La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle a pour objet l'acquisition des métaux pour ses ateliers. Ce marché de fournitures est nécessaire aux divers travaux effectués par les services techniques de la Ville de Nice (construction, réparation etc..) afin de répondre aux besoins immédiats, durables et à venir. Ce marché comprend divers éléments de construction et réparation tel que aciers, profilés, tôles, tubes et clôtures. Accord-cadre à bons de commande Mini : 10 000,00 Euros Maxi : 200 000,00 Euros En valeur en Euros H.T. Estimation de l'administration HT : 77 044.02 € (établie sur une durée de 12 mois) Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3 Début du marché : À la notification du contrat. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P.; Accord-cadre à bons de commande Mini : 10 000,00 Euros Maxi : 150 000,00 Euros En valeur en Euros H.T. Estimation de l'administration HT : 18 631.79 € (établie sur une durée de 12 mois) Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3 Début du marché : À la notification du contrat.
