Le présent marché concerne la fourniture et livraison de pains et de viennoiseries. Il s’agit d’un accord cadre mono attributaire conclu sous la forme d’un marché public de fournitures à bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de commande par lot, sans remise en compétition lors de l’attribution des bons de commande et passé dans le cadre des dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R2162.13 à R.2162.14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le marché commence à sa date de notification ou à la date indiquée dans le courrier de notification du marché. Sa durée est fixée à 12 mois dans la limite du montant maximum d’engagement prévu ci-dessous, il est reconductible 2 fois pour la même période soit 36 mois au total. Montant maximum annuel de dépenses : 72 000 € HT soit 216 000 € H.T sur 36 mois. Pour information : la dépense moyenne pour une année (base 2023-2024) est d’environ 28 853 € H.T et la dépense depuis le 05/09/2025 à ce jour est de 19 964 € H.T. Fin du marché actuel : 05/09/2026.
