Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la pose et la dépose des illuminations festives de fin d’année sur le territoire communal. Les prestations concernent des illuminations, fournies par la commune, suspendues sous forme de vagues lumineuses dans les rues du centre-ville et des illuminations fixées sur façades, mâts, mobilier urbain ou arbres sur l’ensemble du territoire. Le raccordement électrique final sera réalisé par la collectivité, mais l’entreprise doit prévoir toutes les dispositions nécessaires pour permettre ce raccordement en sécurité. Le détail des prestations attendues est indiqué dans le Cahier des Clauses Particulières (C.C.P) et le Bordereau de Prix Unitaires. Le marché commence à sa date de notification pour une durée de 12 mois reconductible 2 fois par voie expresse pour la même durée. La durée totale du marché est de 36 mois. Il s‘agit d’un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de commande de 70 000 € H.T par an, soit 210 000 € H.T sur trois ans. Un planning est fourni par la commune pour les périodes de pose et dépose. Il pourra évoluer au cours des années.
