L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Cet accord-cadre à bons de commande fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations. Les montants maximums par période sont les suivants : sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum : - Toulouse Métropole : 300 000.00 EUR HT/an - Ville de Toulouse : 200 000.00 EUR HT/an Les montants annuels seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. A titre indicatif, l'estimation de la dépense annuelle s'élève à 150 000,00 EUR HT.
