La présente consultation a pour objet l'exploitation, la conduite, la surveillance, les dépannages et l'entretien des installations de chauffage, de ventilation, de froid, de production d'eau chaude sanitaire, de traitement des eaux du Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal de Villeneuve Saint Georges « CHIV ». Il s'agit d'un marché, de type "Prestation Forfait avec une clause d'intéressement" (PFI) associé à une clause de Gros Entretien et Renouvellement des matériels (GER) et la fourniture de fioul des groupes électrogènes. La fourniture du fioul est à la charge du titulaire pour la chaufferie et les groupes électrogènes (Poste P1). La prestation forfaitaire d'exploitation et d'entretien courant de chauffage, de ventilation, de froid, de production d'eau chaude sanitaire, de traitement des eaux de l'ensemble des équipements techniques est à la charge du Titulaire (Poste P2). La prestation forfaitaire de garantie totale de l'ensemble des équipements techniques est à la charge du Titulaire selon les limites de prestations définies au C.C.T.P. avec clause de répartition en fin de contrat (Poste P3).
