La présente consultation a pour objet l'exécution, pour le compte de la ville et CCAS de SAINT GENIS LAVAL, de l'exploitation des installations de chauffage, eau chaude sanitaire (ECS), traitement d'eau, climatisation, ventilation, GTC GTB des bâtiments, conformément au CCAG Fournitures courantes et services , approuvé par l'arrêté du 30 mars 2021 et aux recommandations du « Guide de rédaction des clauses techniques des marchés publics d'exploitation de chauffage avec ou sans gros entretien des matériels et avec obligation de résultat » approuvé par la décision n° 2007-17 du 4 mai 2007 du Comité exécutif de l'OEAP (Observatoire Economique de l'Achat Public) qui se substituent aux prescriptions du CCTG anciennement applicable aux marchés d'exploitation de chauffage, avec ou sans gros entretien des installations (1987)
