La présente consultation porte sur la passation d'un marché ayant pour objet l'approvisionnement des services communaux, en fournitures et matériels électriques nécessaires aux interventions exécutées en régie au titre des travaux d'entretien courant et de réparation des bâtiments de la Commune de Saint-Chamond. Elle relève du code de la commande publique entré en vigueur à compter du 1er avril 2019 et est menée en procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L2124-2, R2124-2 et R2161-1 à R2161-5 dudit code. C'est un accord-cadre de fournitures à bons de commande, mono-attributaire, en application des articles L2125-1, R2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique Appareillages électriques d'installation; Appareillages et sources d'énergie; Appareillages de protection et petits matériels
