La présente consultation est organisée conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 1411-1 et suivants et R. 1411-1 et suivants du code général des collectivités territoriales relatifs aux délégations de service public et des articles L. 3100-1 et suivants du code de la commande publique. Elle relève du régime dérogatoire des articles L. 3126-1 à L. 3126-3 et R. 3126-1 à R. 3126-14 du code de la commande publique. La durée du Contrat est de 5 ans à compter du 1er janvier 2027 (ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure)
