France - Electrical equipment - Framework agreement for the supply of skids for substations

The European Metropolis of Lille (MEL) is procuring the supply, assembly and delivery of approximately 580 skids with power ratings between 100 and 1500 kW. These skids are intended for new substations of the Lille metropolis district heating network. Each skid includes the metal support structure as well as key equipment such as heat exchangers, heat meters, valves and instrumentation. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement. The buyer is located in France. Businesses able to supply this equipment may participate under the procedure described in the tender documents.
