CAPBP, coordonnateur du groupement de commande ayant pour membres : La Communauté d'Agglomération Pau Béarn Pyrénées (CAPBP), la ville de Pau (VDP) et le Syndicat Mixte Pau Béarn Pyrénées Mobilités (SMPBPM) Accord-cadre à bons de commande réparti en 2 lots. Pour le lot 1, l'accord cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 2 ans à compter de sa date de notification. Le lot 1 est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 1. La durée de la période de reconduction est de 2 ans. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Pour le lot 2, l'accord-cadre est conclu à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'au 28 janvier 2028 montant maximum pour la durée initiale de l'accord-cadre : CAPBP 40 000 euro(s) HT, VDP 20 000 euro(s) HT, SMPBPM : 160 000 euro(s) HT.
