Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l’acquisition d'un système complet d'hyperpolarisation nucléaire, destiné à la production de composés hyperpolarisés pour l'imagerie et la spectroscopie par résonance magnétique multinoyaux. Le marché comprend notamment : • La fourniture du système complet et de l’ensemble de ses accessoires et équipements nécessaires à son fonctionnement ; • La livraison et l’acheminement du matériel sur le site d’installation ; • L’installation, le raccordement et la mise en service du système ; • Les essais et vérifications nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’équipement ; • La formation des utilisateurs à son fonctionnement, à son utilisation et aux opérations courantes associées ; • Une garantie constructeur d’une durée d’un (1) an à compter de l’admission de l’instrument, couvrant l’ensemble des équipements fournis, conformément aux conditions et modalités définies dans les pièces du marché ; • Les prestations de maintenance préventive prévues sous forme de tranches optionnelles, dont l’affermissement pourra intervenir dans les conditions prévues par les pièces du marché, notamment à l’issue de la période de garantie.
