La présente consultation collective a pour objet la location, l’installation et la mise en service sur les réseaux (électriques et informatiques) de copieurs multifonctions et d’imprimantes neufs ou d’occasion; la fourniture et l’approvisionnement en consommables des périphériques d’impression (toner, encre, agrafes, tambour, …) ; la maintenance préventive et curative des systèmes d’impression fournis ; la maintenance préventive et curative des systèmes appartenant à l’établissement ; la formation et l’accompagnement dans la durée des utilisateurs, ayant pour but d’optimiser l’utilisation des périphériques d’impression ; la mise à disposition et l’enlèvement de conteneurs destinés aux cartouches et toners usagés aux établissements membres du Groupement du Comminges, dont la liste actualisée est jointe au cahier des charges.
