Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. La consultation porte sur : - le maintien en condition opérationnelle des équipements informatiques suivant inventaire en annexes 2 et 3. - un service de support de conseil et d'assistance aux enseignants des écoles élémentaires, disponible du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 17h30. - des recommandations pour l'évolution du parc existant à court et moyen terme afin d'améliorer la disponibilité des systèmes et applications. La consultation inclut un bordereau des prix unitaires pour la livraison et l'installation des équipements les plus sollicités ainsi que des prestations annexes visant à faciliter le travail des enseignants
