La présente consultation a pour objet l'acquisition de livres pour les médiathèques, le service Archives-Documentation, les structures de la petite enfance et la Caisse des Ecoles de Levallois. Les marchés sont soumis au Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par les termes « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifiés de marchés de fournitures, ils sont passés sous la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code. Ils sont régis par les dispositions du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicable aux marchés publics de fournitures courantes et services, approuvé par l'arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Les présents marchés constituent des accords-cadres à bons de commande, attribués à un unique titulaire, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-14 du Code. Le montant maximal total des marchés est fixé à 670 000 euro(s) HT, compte tenu de leur durée totale, reconductions comprises. S'agissant d'une procédure ouverte, le nombre maximal de participants n'est pas limité.
