Le marché a pour objet la fourniture d'abonnements de périodiques en toutes disciplines et peuvent concerner différents types de produits d’information : - des revues, journaux et magazines « papier » et/ou électroniques, avec accès gratuit ou payant à la version électronique de la revue en ligne, pour un ou plusieurs utilisateurs, à parution régulière ou irrégulière (dans ce dernier cas, gérés en commandes permanentes), d’information générale ou spécialisée ; - des suppléments, numéros spéciaux, des numéros hors-séries, des spécimens, des numéros isolés, des tirages particuliers, des revues d’occasion (ex. : têtes de collection) dans le cadre d’un abonnement ou non ; - Par ailleurs, le titulaire procédera aux opérations d’adhésion aux sociétés savantes demandées par les services demandeurs. A l’égard des publications émises par les sociétés savantes, il réalisera l’ensemble des prestations décrites dans le présent CCTP dans les mêmes conditions que pour les abonnements aux autres périodiques. Abonnement à la presse d'information générale; Revues spécialisées publiées en France et par les écoles Françaises à l’étranger; Revues spécialisées publiées dans l’Union Européenne; Revues spécialisées publiées en Afrique du sud, Amériques, Israël, Royaume-Uni, Serbie, Suisse, Turquie, l’Arménie, Irak et le Liban.
