L'objet du présent accord-cadre vise à confier les prestations de surveillance des paramètres aérauliques des établissements du GHT Hôpitaux de Provence. Provence. L'accord-cadre composite, mono-attributaire, avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique et décomposé comme suit : Chaque lot comprend 2 parties : - 1 partie sous forme de marché ordinaire conclu à prix global et forfaitaire (sur la base de la DPGF) pour la maintenance préventive systématique - 1 partie sous forme d'accord-cadre exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande (sur la base du BPU) avec montant maximum en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique : pour la maintenance préventive programmée et les actions correctives Le lot n°1 est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 957 000 euro(s) HT/an pour la part accord-cadre à bons de commande. Le lot n°2 est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 2 157 000 euro(s) HT/an pour la part accord-cadre à bons de commande. Lors de la notification du marché, la prestation concernera l'APHM pour le lot n°1 et le lot n°2 Nord; Timone, Conception, Sud
