L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Prestations de services pour réaliser des études et diagnostics techniques de bâtiments comprenant : audits énergétiques, diagnostics et études des installations électriques, repérages et investigations avant travaux (amiante, plomb et parasites du bois) dans le cadre de l'opération de renouvellement urbain du secteur Coeur Saint-Sever à Rouen. Les missions de service confiées dans le cadre du marché sont réparties en 3 lots : - Lot 1 - Audits énergétiques - Lot 2 - Diagnostics et études des installations électriques - Lot 3 - Repérages et investigations avant travaux : amiante, plomb et parasites du bois
