Cet avis de marché a pour objet la fourniture de Boîtes Sous Trottoir avec Coffrets C400/P200, relatifs au projet de renforcement, renouvellement et de crétions d'ouvrages de ventilation tunnel des réseaux Métro et RER de la RATP. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sur prix forfaitaires et prix unitaires constitués d'un montant minimum et un montant maximum. Le montant minimum est fixé à -20% du montant nominal et le montant maximum est fixé à +50% du montant nominal. Le montant nominal correspond au montant pour la fourniture de 48 boîtes sous trottoir, deux prestations d'assistance (déplacement, expertise et main d'œuvre) hors fourniture(s), la fourniture d'un dossier de conception avec les rapports de tests positifs aux épreuve de charge pour la trappe et d'étanchéité pour le coffret + certificats de conformité / normalisation délivrés par un laboratoire indépendant, la fourniture d'un mode opératoire pour la pose sur site de la boîte précâblé, et la fourniture d'un prototype de boîte sous trottoir. La durée de l’accord-cadre est fixée à soixante-douze (72) mois maximum à compter de la date figurant dans l’Ordre de Livraison et de Service (OLS) de démarrage du marché ou, à défaut de la mention d’une telle date, à compter de la date de démarrage du premier OLS de commande. La durée initiale du marché est de quarante-huit 48 mois. Il peut être reconduit, 2 fois, à date anniversaire de signature par tacite reconduction pour une durée maximale de douze (12) mois. La prescription de ces prestations se fait au moyen d’Ordre de Livraison et Service (OLS) qui définit le contenu, les délais et les contraintes de réalisation. Les prestations comprises dans le périmètre de l'accord-cadre à la charge du Titulaire sont décrites dans le CCTP et sont notamment : • La fourniture d'un dossier de conception, • La fourniture d'un mode opératoire de pose sur site, • La fourniture d'un prototype, • La fourniture en série des boites sous trottoir, • Une prestation d'assistance technique sur site (uniquement sur la commune de Paris). Les tourets de câbles K27 (ou nouvelle référence au moment de la signature du marché) seront fournis par la RATP. L'accord-cadre comporte une obligation de résultat en tenant compte des contraintes et exigences de la RATP.
