Zone c : Exploitation du service de distribution d'eau potable dont la gestion de la clientèle sur le territoire de 38 communes (à titre d'information, en 2023 : 1 934 km de réseau, 21 réservoirs, 31 095 abonnés, 3 217 454 m3 consommés).Les prestations seront définies au DCE, dont : Distribution d'eau dans le périmètre concédé. Fonctionnement, surveillance, entretien, maintenance. Renouvellement des matériels tournants, accessoires hydrauliques, équipements électromécaniques. Amélioration de la connaissance patrimoniale, dont structuration d'un SIG et d'une base de données maintenance. Gestion clientèle : accueil/relation abonnés, facturation/recouvrement non contentieux. Transmission de la donnée, renseignements et conseils relatifs au fonctionnement du service. Echange permanent à l'interface production/distribution. Le concessionnaire percevra les recettes au nom et pour le compte de la Collectivité, puis sera rémunéré. Un intéressement pourra être perçu en cas d'atteinte d'engagements contractuels. Des pénalités viendront sanctionner le non-respect des obligations. La reprise de personnel aura lieu conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.
