Le présent appel d’offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles R2162-2 et R2162-4 du code de la commande publique Les prestations feront l’objet d’un accord cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum sur la durée totale du marché de 3 100 000€ H.T., passé en application des articles R2162-2 et R2162-4 du code de la commande publique.. Les bons de commande seront notifiés par les différents pouvoirs adjudicateurs au fur et à mesure des besoins. Conformément à l’article L2113-11 du code de la commande publique, les prestations ne sont pas alloties car la dévolution en lots séparés est de nature à rendre techniquement plus difficile et financièrement plus coûteuse l’exécution des prestations, notamment dans l’exigence de l’uniformité de la tenue.
