Description

Dans le cadre de l’automatisation du métro L13, un nouveau PCC et un nouvel outil de formation doivent être réalisés. Dans ce contexte un Mur d‘Images doit être réalisé afin de permettre au personnel exploitant de vérifier l’état complet de la ligne au niveau de la position des trains, de l’état électrique de la ligne et des caméras de sécurité dans la nouvelle salle d’exploitation et dans l’Outil de Formation. Le marché a pour objet les études, la documentation, la fourniture, la livraison, l’installation, les essais et la mise en service d’un système de mur d’images destiné au PCC de la ligne 13. Le marché prend la forme d’un accord cadre à commandes mono-attributaire avec minimum et maximum. Les prestations à réaliser dans le cadre du marché sont décrites en détails dans le document CCTP référencé STF-ESE-20260311-YBL-1331. Les prestations comprises dans le montant minimum sont les suivantes : - Les prestations correspondantes à la phase 1 - Etudes, incluant notamment : • Le management • Les études • L’approvisionnement • Les essais • Le développement logiciel • La documentation - Les prestations correspondantes à la phase 2 - Installation, incluant notamment : • Le management • L’installation du matériel • La réception et les essais • La documentation • Garantie entre la période de mise à disposition et mise en service - Les prestations correspondantes à la phase 3 - Intégrations des lots externes et la maintenance, incluant notamment : • Les intégrations avec les lots externes SAET, MAV, Pégase • La documentation • La formation et fourniture des supports - Les prestations correspondantes à la phase 4 - Garantie et assistance technique post mise en service, incluant notamment : • La garantie du système post mise en service • L’assistance technique période 1 et 2 Les prestations comprises dans le montant maximum sont les suivantes : - Les prestations du montant minimum ; - Les outils de maintenance de la surface d’affichage - Les extensions de garantie post mise en service - Contrat de maintenance N2 & N3 post mise en service - Le parc de rechange • Prestations sur devis similaires à l’objet du marché qui s’exercent dans la limite d’une variation de 20% du montant minimum du marché (basé sur l’onglet TJM et prestations complémentaires du Bordereau des prix) réalisées à la demande de la RATP et suivant les modalités de l’article 11.1 du marché.
