Cela inclut : - la livraison et l'installation complète des fontaines à eau reliées directement au réseau d'alimentation d'eau potable ainsi que les fontaines à bonbonnes d'eau sur chacun des sites de la Région Grand Est Il sera demandé également : - Mise en service de la fontaine ; - L'approvisionnement en consommables : - Bonbonnes pour les quelques fontaines non raccordées au réseau ; - Livraison de gobelets carton (soit issus de forêts durablement gérées, Labellisé FSC ou PEFC ou équivalent de type II, soit biodégradables et compostables issus de matières biosourcées, labellisé TÜV SÜD ou équivalent de type I) sur demande de la Région uniquement. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum en montant annuel par lot. La durée de validité du présent accord-cadre court à compter du 02 decembre 2024 date de début du marché quelque soit la date de notification au titulaire si celle-ci est antérieure au 02 décembre 2024. Le présent accord-cadre pourra être reconduit tacitement 3 fois par période de 12 mois, sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder 48 mois Territoire Alsace; Territoire Champagne-Ardenne et Bar Le Duc; Territoire Lorraine hors Bar Le Duc
