Description

Saint-Nazaire agglomération a confié à la société Dalkia, la délégation de service public (D.S.P) de réseau de chaleur industrialo-urbain de la communauté d'agglomération de la région nazairienne et de l'estuaire (Carène) et du réseau de Donges. A ce titre, la société Dalkia, a créé une société dédiée, dénommée Ester, qui dès sa création a repris à sa charge la DSP et donc l'ensemble des droits et obligations liés au RCU. Ester est donc maitre d'ouvrage pour la réalisation des travaux liés à la construction du RCU. Ester a ensuite confié à la société Dalkia la réalisation et le suivi de l'ensemble des travaux liés à la construction du RCU, Dalkia devient donc maitre d'ouvrage par substitution. Dans le cadre des travaux à réaliser en 2026, Dalkia souhaite acquérir une chaufferie mobile qui sera utilisée en secours, en cas de fuite sur le réseau ou en substitution d'une production existante. Le présent avis Marché de travaux concerne les prestations à exécuter par le Fournisseur et/ou Sous-traitant, concernant la fourniture d'une chaufferie préfabriquée Fioul en container d'une puissance de 3000 Kw (Variante puissance de 2500 KW). L'acheteur se réserve le droit de rejeter une candidature s'il estime ses capacités financières insuffisantes ou si ces capacité techniques et professionnelles semble manifestement insuffisante pour répondre au besoin. L'entité adjudicatrice se réserve la possibilité de faire réaliser des prestations similaires article R 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique. Ce lot correspond à la fourniture d’une chaufferie préfabriquée Fioul en container version 3000 Kw en base et version 2500 Kw en variante. Le choix définitif sera réalisé après la réception des propositions, ce sera l’une ou l’autre, les candidats sont tenus de répondre à la version de base et à la variante imposée.
