Le présent marché a pour objet de fournir à l'ensemble des sites de restauration (Alpes-Maritimes et Var) du CROUS de Nice Toulon des denrées alimentaires à température ambiante : boissons. Conformément à l'article L.2113-11 du Code de la commande publique, le présent marché n'est pas alloti.Cette absence d'allotissement se justifie par la nature homogène des prestations, qui rendent difficile leur dissociation sans nuire à la cohérence d'exécution du marché. Le recours à un marché global permet ainsi d'assurer une meilleure efficacité technique et une performance économique optimale. Le présent marché est passé en Appel d'offres ouvert (Article R2124-2 1° - Code de la commande publique). La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est à bons de commande avec minimum et maximum mono-attributaire - montant maximum 750 000 euro(s) HT, toutes reconductions comprises, en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique
