Summary

Machine-generated summary

A framework agreement, executed through purchase orders and paid at unit prices, is being set up by Université Paris-Saclay and Ined as a joint purchasing group under a grouping convention signed on 1 September 2026. The supplier must supply silicone wristbands to participants of the E3N-Generations, Constances and Elfe/Epipage2 cohorts and handle their preparation, shipment, reception, analysis and storage. Four main operations are covered: preparing and sending kits, receiving returned kits, preparing and storing the wristbands at CEPH for E3N-Generations and Elfe/Epipage2, and analysing the wristbands. Collection is organised in two deployment waves spread over one year for each cohort.
