>_Dans le cadre de son engagement pour améliorer la qualité de l'air de son réseau souterrain, SYTRAL Mobilités a décidé d'équiper les stations de métro Grange Blanche, Bellecour lignes A et D avec des systèmes d'épuration d'air par piégeage des particules fines. L'objectif est d'épurer l'air aux endroits de stationnement des voyageurs donc les quais de station. Dans ce cadre, il est prévu d'avoir recours à un marché public global de performance pour l'exécution des prestations associées au sens des articles L2171-3, R2171-2 et R2172-3 du code de la commande publique. Cette typologie de marché se justifie par la nécessité de garantir, sur la durée, l'atteinte d'objectifs mesurables de réduction de la concentration en particules fines dans les stations de métro. Les performances attendues dépendent à la fois de la qualité des équipements proposés, de leur implantation, de leur réglage, de leur exploitation et de leur maintenance. La responsabilité unique du Titulaire permet ainsi de garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de performance fixés contractuellement Les caractéristiques principales du besoin sont la fourniture des équipements, les études d'implantation (réseaux et modification ERP), l'installation, la mise en service, l'exploitation et la maintenance de systèmes d'épuration d'air dans les quais des stations de métro des lignes A et D de Bellecour ainsi que ceux de la station de Grange Blanche. L'exploitation et la maintenance des équipements sont prévues pour une durée maximale de 5 ans (dont 3 ans ferme). La rémunération du titulaire au titre de l'exploitation et de la maintenance des équipements tiendra compte des objectifs de performance conformément aux dispositions de l'article R2171-3 du code de la commande publique. La rémunération de l'opérateur économique sera donc modulée en cas de sous-performance ou de sur-performance >_Le marché est décomposé en une tranche ferme et 2 tranches optionnelles au sens des articles R2113-4 à R2113-6 du code de la commande publique >_L'acheteur se réserve la possibilité d'attribuer le marché sur la base des offres initiales sans négociation
