Description

La présente consultation concerne la fourniture, la livraison, le montage, la pose et la maintenance de cache-conteneurs (ou abri bacs) métalliques à mettre en place dans le périmètre des 5 communes de l'Agglomération (Béziers, Sérignan, Sauvian, Valras et Villeneuve les Béziers), villes qui ont confié la gestion de leurs déchets ménagers à l'Agglomération Béziers Méditerranée. Ces cache-conteneurs ont pour rôle l'encadrement de certains conteneurs à déchets publics de 360 ou 660 litres. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter de la date de notification du contrat. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
