Blackpool Borough Council has awarded a framework agreement for the transport of children, young people and adults using 9 to 16 passenger seat vehicles. The framework establishes a ranked list of service providers identified by the Council, with full requirements set out in Appendix A - Specification. The framework term runs from August 2026 to July 2028, with an option to extend incrementally for a period of 1+1 years, subject to contract review and budget availability. The contract status is awarded. Suppliers were selected on their ability to meet the Council's requirements and on offering the most advantageous tender.
