Le présent marché porte sur la fourniture et la maintenance d'un granulomètre laser et la fourniture des pièces détachées associées pendant toute la durée du marché pour le laboratoire d'Eau de Paris. Le marché est passé pour une durée de 5 ans et 2 mois. Le marché est conclu à prix forfaitaires et unitaires : - Les prix de fourniture, d'installation, de mise en service, de formation et de maintenance préventive sont traités à prix forfaitaires. - La fourniture des pièces détachées, les déplacements et la main d'oeuvre pour la maintenance curative donnent lieu à des prestations sur bons de commande à prix unitaires, sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 20 000 euro(s) HT sur 5 ans. La description des spécifications techniques, ainsi que la nature et l'étendue des prestations attendues, sont définies au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP)
