Le marché comporte également des options à chiffrage facultatif : - Option 1 : Quatre (4) shutters individuels pour les balances à quartz ; - Option 2 : Un système de surveillance de la température réelle à la surface du substrat ; - Option 3 : Une balance à quartz fixée au support de substrat ; - Option 4 : Un système propre au shutter du substrat permettant de masquer partiellement le substrat ; - Option 5 : Formation Maintenance de Niveau 1 ; - Option 6 : Formation Maintenance avancée ; - Option 7 : Le prix du transport, assurance comprise, selon les conditions DAP CEA Grenoble (Convention Incoterms ICC 2020).
