Le présent règlement se rapporte au contrat de FOURNITURE ET ACHEMINEMENT DE GAZ NATUREL POUR LA VILLE DE CUERS Ce marché concerne la fourniture et acheminement en gaz naturel des bâtiments communaux de la Ville de Cuers. Lieu(x) d'exécution : 83390 CUERS Groupe Scolaire JEAN MOULIN GYMNASE PAUL ROCOFORT SALLE LUCIEN VIANELLI Ces points de distribution sont situés en France Métropolitaine et sont raccordés à un réseau de distribution de gaz naturel géré par GrDF. La MAIRIE DE CUERS autorise le candidat à demander et recevoir les données de consommation de son site raccordé au réseau public de distribution de gaz naturel, dans le cadre du présent contrat (PCE Capacités journalières souscrites, Index, Options tarifaires d'acheminement, profils). Le contrat est conclu à compter du 01/04/2026 pour une durée de 2 ans fermes
