Description

Le présent Appel à Manifestation d'Intérêt (AMI) a pour but d'équiper un site de la Ville d'un système nouveau qui lui permette d'apporter une réponse immédiate en faisant baisser significativement les températures (au sol pour l'extérieur) au bénéfice de la population fréquentant le lieu qui sera équipé. Il a vocation à identifier les solutions d'adaptation mises en place par les prestataires. Il ne constitue pas un marché et ne comporte pas de contrepartie financière pour les candidats, dans un 1er temps. Dans les semaines qui suivront cet appel à solutions (2ème temps), une procédure de marché public ou d'achat innovant (répondant aux termes de l'article R2122-9-1 du code de la commande publique) sera réalisée
