En application de l’article R.2162-2 du code de la commande publique , les prestations feront l’objet d’un accord-cadre à bon de commande, passé avec un seul opérateur économique, avec montant minimum et montant maximum. Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de carburant (SP 95 / SP 95-E10 / SP 98, Gasole, GPL et ETHANOL) en stations-services ou points d’approvisionnement, sur et hors du territoire de la ville d’Eysines, par cartes accréditives (ou similaires), pour les véhicules du parc automobile de la ville.; Le présent lot a pour objet la fourniture de gazole au centre technique municipal.
