Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de vêtements de travail et équipements de protection individuelle haute visibilité pour les agents de la commune de Saint-Chamond. Cette procédure ne concerne que le lot 2 vêtements de travail - métiers du sport relancée suite à une précédente procédure déclarée infructueuse. Elle relève du code de la commande publique entré en vigueur au 1er avril 2019 et est menée en procédure adaptée dite ouverte (sans présélection des candidats) en application de l'article R. 2123-1 dudit code. C'est un accord-cadre de fournitures à bons de commande, mono attributaire en application des articles L2125-1 et de R2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 dudit code. Il n'est pas fixé de montant annuel minimum des prestations. Le montant annuel maximum hors taxes du lot 2 est fixé à dix mille cinq cent euros (10 500,00 euro(s) HT)
