Fourniture de « Titres Repas » par cartes à puce à destination des agents du Centre Communal d’Action Sociale de la ville de LAON. Accord-cadre à bons de commande monoattributaire, passé par un pouvoir adjudicateur avec montant maximum et sans remise en compétition lors de l'attribution des bons de commande, en application de l’article R2162-2 alinéa 2 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre prend effet le 1er Janvier 2027 pour une durée fixée à 36 mois. Il s’achèvera donc le 31 Décembre 2029. Le montant maximum de commandes pour la durée de l’accord-cadre (36 mois) est de 150 000 € HT.-.
