Dans le cadre de son projet de création d'une Maison de Pays (05), véritable vitrine de son territoire et des produits locaux, idéalement située à la jonction de la RN 94 et la RD 942, à un carrefour très fréquenté, à l'embranchement de plusieurs axes du département permettant de rejoindre les stations de sports d'hiver et/ou le lac de Serre Ponçon, la Communauté de communes Serre Ponçon Val d'Avance (CCSPVA) cherche le futur exploitant du bar-restaurant. Le commerce de bar-restaurant de 190 m² (60-70 couverts) sera situé au rez-de-chaussée, sans communication avec l'office de tourisme ni avec le magasin de producteur
