Region Syddanmark ønsker at indhente tilbud på en forundersøgelse, der skal afdække grundlaget for en mulig dansk-tysk kulturfestival i samarbejde med relevante partnere i grænseregionen. Kontraktperioden udgør 20.10.2026 - 31.03.2027, og opgaven forventes løst indenfor dette tidsrum. Det forventes, at den samlede opgavesum udgør 400.000 kr. ekskl. moms og inklusiv eventuelt øvrige udgifter, herunder transport mv. (eventuelle optioner skal også være indeholdt i de 400.000 kr. ekskl. moms). Opgaven omfatter bl.a. • Kortlægning af relevante danske og tyske aktører, netværk og eksisterende initiativer. • Desk research og inddragelse af relevante analyser og erfaringer fra sammenlignelige nationale og internationale kulturprojekter. • Planlægning og gennemførelse af interviews og dialog med centrale interessenter på begge sider af grænsen. • Analyse af behov, målgrupper, potentialer, barrierer og udviklingsmuligheder. • Vurdering af, hvordan et eventuelt initiativ kan skabe merværdi i forhold til eksisterende kulturaktiviteter og samarbejder. • Forslag til mulige organiserings- og finansieringsmodeller. *** Zur Ermittlung der Grundlagen für ein mögliches deutsch-dänisches Kulturfestival in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Partnern in der Grenzregion möchte die Region Süddänemark Angebote für eine Vorstudie (Machbarkeitsstudie) einholen. Die Vertragslaufzeit erstreckt sich vom 20.10.2026 bis zum 31.03.2027, und der Auftrag soll innerhalb dieses Zeitraums ausgeführt werden. Eine Grundannahme ist, dass sich die Gesamtvergütung für den Auftrag auf DKK 400.000 [ca. EUR 53.700] zzgl. UsSt. beläuft, einschließlich etwaiger sonstiger Kosten, darunter Fahrt- und Reisekosten etc. (Etwaige Optionen müssen ebenfalls in den DKK 400.000 zzgl. UsSt. enthalten sein.) Die Aufgabe umfasst u. a. • Ermittlung/Bestandsaufnahme relevanter dänischer und deutscher Akteur*innen, Netzwerke und bestehender Initiativen. • Desk Research und Einbeziehung relevanter Analysen und Erfahrungen aus vergleichbaren nationalen und internationalen Kulturprojekten. • Planung und Durchführung von Interviews und Dialog mit zentralen Interessenträger*innen auf beiden Seiten der Grenze. • Analyse von Bedürfnissen, Zielgruppen, Potentialen, Barrieren und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. • Bewertung, wie eine mögliche Initiative Mehrwert im Verhältnis zu bestehenden Kulturaktivitäten und Kooperationen schaffen kann. • Vorschläge für mögliche Organisations- und Finanzierungsmodelle.
