El present Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques té per objecte regular les condicions tècniques d'execució del servei de formació en matèria de prevenció de riscos laborals per al desenvolupament de les funcions de nivell bàsic, d'acord amb el que estableix el Capítol VI i l'Annex IV del Reial decret 39/1997, de 17 de gener, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament dels Serveis de Prevenció.
