ReFoPlan: „Innovative/nachhaltige Techniken: Festlegung von besten verfügbaren Techniken für die Herstellung von Glas und Mineralfasern; Vorhaben zur Vorbereitung des Revisionsprozesses“ Für das Jahr 2028 ist die 2. Revision des BVT-Merkblatts zur Glas- und Mineralfaserherstellung geplant. Das Vorhaben soll der Vorbereitung dieses Prozesses dienen und wichtige Impulse für die Überarbeitung im Lichte der IED 2.0 geben. Dafür soll neben einer nationalen Sektoranalyse auch eine Analyse des aktuell gültigen BVT-Merkblatts von 2013 durchgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus soll auch noch erarbeitet werden welche Primär- und Sekundärrohstoffe und Energieträger in den verschiedenen Subsektoren eingesetzt werden und zu welchen konkreten Emissionen dies führen kann. Ein spezieller Fokus soll hierbei auch auf den Einsatz gefährlicher Stoffe und Gemische gelegt werden.
