Description

Fachplanung für ein Laborgebäude Im Rahmen einer Berufungsmaßnahme soll am Campus Grifflenberg ein 2-geschossiger Container-/ Modulbau entstehen. Im EG befinden sich Laborräume, im OG Multifunktionsräume (Besprechung, etc.). Die beiden Geschosse sind über eine außenliegende Stahltreppe verbunden. Die Fassade soll 3-seitig mit Solarmodulen versehen werden. Der Bauantrag wurde durch den AG eingereicht, die Baugenehmigung liegt noch nicht vor. Auf Grundlage der bereits erstellten Entwurfsplanung, des eingereichten Bauantrags und des Bausolls der Nutzer soll die geplante Laborcontaineranlage hinsichtlich ihrer technischen, wirtschaftlichen und fertigungstechnischen Umsetzbarkeit überprüft, optimiert und anschließend als vergabereife Ausführungsplanung für eine öffentliche Ausschreibung ausgearbeitet werden. Die Leistung versteht sich ausdrücklich als spezialisierte Fachplanung für modulare Laborgebäude und ergänzt die bereits bauseits erbrachten Planungsleistungen. Leistungen für die technische Fachplanung, Ausschreibung als funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung und Vergabebegleitung für die schlüsselfertige Erstellung des Gebäudes sollen demzufolge vergeben werden. Referenzobjekte: Folgende Bieternachweise werden gefordert: Nachweis mind. 3 abgeschlossene Planungen Laborräume innerhalb der letzten 3 Jahre mit Referenzen, Baukosten jeweils mind. 500.000 EUR brutto Bearbeitungszeitraum: Eine Bestätigung, dass die Bearbeitungszeit ab Auftragserteilung durch den AG bis Fertigstellung Planungsleistung und Erstellung der vergabereifen Unterlagen durch den AN max. 10 Wochen beträgt, wird gefordert.
