Description

Die Hochschule Düsseldorf beabsichtigt die Beauftragung eines Fachplaners / einer Fachplane-rin für die Planung eines neuen taktilen Blindenleitsystems auf dem Campusaußengelände. Die Leistungen beziehen sich auf die Konzeption, Planung, fachtechnische Ausarbeitung und Beglei-tung der Umsetzung eines durchgängigen, funktionalen und gestalterisch in die Freianlagen in-tegrierten taktilen Leitsystems. Die Fachplanung erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit dem Auftrag-geber und dient einer nachvollziehbaren, fachgerechten Wegeführung für blinde und sehbehin-derte Menschen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 (HOAI) in Anleh-nung an das Leistungsbild Freianlagen gemäß HOAI sowie für die Fachplanung des taktilen Leitsystems erforderlichen besondere Leistungen gemäß Leistungsbild. Der voraussichtliche Leistungsbeginn ist ab September 2026 vorgesehen. Das Projekt soll bis zum Ende des 1. Quartals 2029 abgeschlossen werden; dies umfasst die Abschlussdokumentation sowie die Abnahme.
