Description

Im Zuge des Ausbaus des Frankenschnellwegs (FSW) werden im Bauabschnitt West etwa zwischen der Anschlussstelle Nbg.-Doos / FÜ und der Jansenbrücke Baumaßnahmen durchgeführt (i.W. Fahrbahnerneuerung/-verbreiterung, Neuerrichtung von Lärmschutzwänden). Als Grundlage zur Abgeltung etwaiger Schadensersatzansprüche sollen benachbarte Gebäude und Objekte im Vorfeld beweissicherungstechnisch erfasst werden. Hierzu sollen im Umgriff des Baufeldes Gebäude i.d.R. in einer 25m breiten Zone, mindestens jedoch bis zur nächsten klaren Gebäudefuge erfasst werden. Vor Beginn der Bauarbeiten ist der Zustand der durch das Vorhaben berührten Gebäude und sonstigen Anlagen durch das Beweissicherungsverfahren festzustellen, bereits vorhandene Schäden sind in Lage und Ausdehnung aufzunehmen, zu protokollieren und der Umfang der bestehenden Schäden durch Farbfotoaufnahmen mittels Digitalfotografie mit Datumseinblendung zu dokumentieren. Die Untersuchung muss sich auf alle Projektteile erstrecken, die in Augenschein genommen werden können. Zu erfassen sind auch besondere Ausstattungen der Gebäude und Räume sowie Maschinen, technische Anlagen und sonstige Einrichtungen.
